If you apply to visit on a weekday that is not a holiday in the 11:00 to 12:00 time slot, please enter the Presidential Office before 11:30.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your reservation is completed. Your group will be further contacted by this office before the day of your tour.
- If you wish to cancel your group tour, please notify us via a reply to the group tour reservation service e-mail (service35@oop.gov.tw) before 12 p.m. one day before your tour (excluding weekends and holidays) at the latest.
