11Chieh Shou Hall and Post-War Life – National Day Celebrations

The National Day on October 10 that the public knows so well commemorates the Wuchang Uprising, which marked the beginning of the 1911 Xinhai Revolution. National Day celebrations have evolved over time, expanding in recent years beyond the familiar flyover ceremony to include more international exchange performances. Every October, bridges, roads, and government buildings across Taiwan are adorned with rows of national flags.
